CNC OPERATOR

Description

REFISA, an industrial company specializing in the manufacture of components for the railway sector, is seeking a CNC OPERATOR. The selected candidate will join the production team and will be primarily responsible for: • Setting up, programming, and operating 5-axis CNC machines according to drawings and technical specifications. • Performing adjustments, tool changes, and inspection of machined parts. • Verifying product quality using measuring instruments and tolerances. • Applying final finishes to parts using manual tools (filing, polishing, detail adjustment). • Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation and complying with safety regulations. • Collaborating with maintenance staff to ensure proper machine operation. * Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines (experience with 5-axis machines is preferred). * Medium-level vocational training qualification (FP de Grau Mig). * Spanish language proficiency (intermediate level, both spoken and written). * Competencies / knowledge: Technical knowledge and skills: \- Interpretation of engineering drawings and tolerances. \- Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators). \- Manual dexterity and experience using hand tools for touch-ups and finishing. \- Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens programming is an advantage.
