




Job Summary: Supervises daily store operations, team management, and customer service to ensure smooth store functioning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the team and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. 2. Opens and/or closes the store, places orders, and receives merchandise. 3. Provides customer service and participates in continuous training. As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. * Opening and/or closing the store (according to your shift). * Coordinating and supervising team members in their daily tasks, making staffing adjustments as needed. * Placing orders for supplies and merchandise, and receiving deliveries. * Ensuring information is clearly displayed and readily available via signage, wayfinding, promotional displays, store ambiance, etc. * Addressing and recording customer requests and preferences.
