Boutique hotel group is looking to hire a full-time receptionist with experience who can help us grow and improve our hotels. Newly opened hotel in the center of El Burgo de Osma. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be analytical, presentable, serious, and responsible. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Register guests by assigning rooms and blocking reserved rooms. Know and inform about the status, type, and location of rooms, participating in their coordination and maintenance. Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay (including external services), according to organizational guidelines. Notify relevant departments of last-minute changes such as room changes, extended stays, malfunctions, etc. Process guest billing, including services provided by other departments that are centralized in this department. Manage pricing plans for different seasons. Analyze competition. Handle customer complaints and claims, reporting to the reception manager for resolution. Daily work management and audits. Reception experience is essential. Computer skills at user level. Required languages: Spanish, English. Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
