We are looking for a director for one of our residences located in the province of Soria through Grupo Mimara: Functions: \- Ensure compliance with operational plans by verifying the proper functioning of facilities and services. \- Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with collaborating entities. \- Supervise continuous training of the team. \- Be responsible for commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing resources at each workplace and supporting teams in daily management. \- Budget control, analysis of KPIs, corrective and improvement measures, ensuring budget compliance with allocated resources. \- Motivate staff and promote a positive work environment. \- Basic knowledge of tenders, interpretation of regulations, ratios, and awareness of legislation affecting the sector. \- Ensure compliance with current socio-health regulations. Requirements: \- University degree in social work or similar. \- Minimum demonstrable experience in managing socio-health centers or similar. \- Master’s in Geriatric Residences valued.
