We are looking for **a Cook** to join one of our new client centers in Valencia (area of the City of Arts and Sciences). The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals while ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations — HACCP recordkeeping. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * Flexible working hours depending on events. * Salary according to the Collective Agreement for Catering Services. * Initial fixed-term intermittent contract. * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
