Currently, we are seeking to hire a Building Construction Site Supervisor to join our team in Valencia for the execution of major infrastructure projects (roads, highways, level crossings, expressways), as well as another Building Construction Site Supervisor for various projects within the regional office. Your Main Responsibilities \- Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be a key player in project execution, assuming responsibility for: \- Conducting measurements of completed work for production certification. \- Direct on-site control and monitoring of subcontracted companies, ensuring proper execution of works. \- Requesting and managing material orders required for construction activities. \- Ensuring correct storage and on-site material stockpiling. \- Organizing, supervising, and allocating different work crews across the site. \- Ensuring strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) measures on site. Essential Requirements \- Proven, solid experience of at least 5 years as a Building Construction Site Supervisor. \- Specific experience in road, highway, urban development, or expressway projects. \- In-depth knowledge of civil construction processes and materials. \- Ability to interpret construction drawings and survey layouts. \- Mandatory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training (minimum 60-hour Preventive Resource qualification). \- Leadership, organizational, and on-site team management skills. \- Valid Class B driver's license. Preferred Qualifications \- Vocational Training (FP) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \- Residence in Valencia or surrounding areas. \- Proficiency in basic computer tools for reporting.
