Ametller Origen is a company in full expansion phase, where you will have the freedom to propose and implement new ideas and collaborate closely with the team. **What will be your mission at Ametller Origen?** Ensure section coordination and operation to guarantee supply, commercial implementation, customer and team satisfaction, as well as achievement of objectives. **How will you do it?** * Be a role model for your team: You will mentor and monitor your team to ensure their training and development. * Collaborate in supply management and guarantee the product flow from sourcing to sale. * Implement commercial actions for your section to ensure achievement of objectives. You will support your supervisor in planning, team management, indicator tracking, and resolution of store incidents and needs. * **What will make you succeed?** * Be enthusiastic, motivating, and communicative—this way you’ll inspire your team, bring out the best in each person, and position yourself as a leader. * Prior experience managing teams. * Your operational experience and vision in managing a section. * Analytical ability and holistic vision to ensure commercial actions, resolve conflicts, and identify priorities at any given moment. **What will the selection process be like?** In the first stage, you will have an interview with a recruitment specialist, during which we will explain the project, responsibilities, and conditions we can offer you. In the second stage, you will have an interview with the regional manager and/or regional head, where your technical expertise will be assessed.
