DESCRIPTION **Photovoltaic Site Manager** =========================== Eosol Group, a leading company in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an experienced **Photovoltaic Site Manager** to join our team and lead an exciting photovoltaic project in the province of **Girona**. ### **About the Position:** The Photovoltaic Site Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and management of all on-site activities for the photovoltaic power plant construction. The role reports directly to the Project Manager or Project Directorate, ensuring proper execution of works, adherence to schedules, budget, and quality and safety standards. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * **On-site Leadership:** Direct and coordinate all operations and personnel at the photovoltaic construction site. * **Progress Reporting:** Maintain smooth and consistent communication with the Project Manager, reporting on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations or incidents. * **Construction Planning and Monitoring:** Develop detailed work plans, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to project phases as planned. * **Health and Safety:** Ensure strict compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Plan, promoting a safety culture among all personnel. * **Technical Verification:** Supervise work execution to ensure alignment with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate, motivate, and manage work teams, ensuring efficiency and a positive working environment. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic progress reports on construction status, resources, incidents, and propose corrective actions if necessary. ### **Candidate Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably as a Site Manager or in construction management positions. * **Photovoltaic Experience:** Prior specific experience managing photovoltaic construction projects. * **Geographic Availability:** Willingness to work in the Girona area and to travel if required by the project. * Completion of a **60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Training Course** (preventive resource), plus additional training in **electrical risk prevention or equivalent**. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid expertise in construction planning and monitoring, resource management, and safety regulations. * **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and effectively resolve problems. * **Competencies:** Proactive, organized individual with strong communication skills and results orientation. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Technical English proficiency.
