You will join the technical team, leading the development and coordination of industrial warehouse projects, ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and proper execution of each phase. **Main Responsibilities** * Drafting industrial warehouse projects (preliminary, basic, and execution phases) * Developing technical documentation: reports, quantity take-offs, and regulatory justifications. * Defining construction technical solutions tailored to each project. * Coordinating various project disciplines (architecture, structure, installations, and urban planning). * Supervising and reviewing technical and graphical documentation (BIM). * Coordinating with internal departments (engineering, technical office, and site operations). * Acting as liaison with clients, control bodies, and public authorities. * Providing technical support during construction and validating modifications. * Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards. * Participating in the technical planning of new projects. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Superior). * Minimum 5 years’ experience drafting industrial construction projects. * Experience with industrial warehouses (execution-phase projects). * Knowledge of technical construction regulations and permitting procedures. * Ability to technically coordinate teams and disciplines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Cype, and BIM environments (Revit). * Knowledge of BIM environments (Revit). * Analytical, solution-oriented profile with strong teamwork skills. * French language skills are a plus.
