**JOB MISSION** Carrying out specific processes in the manufacturing area and participating in achieving factory objectives in terms of quality, safety, costs, customer service, and budget compliance. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform manufacturing processes within the assigned work area (granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating), complying with Good Manufacturing Practices. Must strictly follow manufacturing procedures and accurately complete related process documentation (batch dossier). * Comply with existing procedures in the section and those related to the area and position. * Carry out section-specific tasks according to safety and quality standards. * Execute manufacturing processes according to productivity and yield standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the section, facilities, and equipment. * Ensure safety and environmental protection in accordance with company policies and current legislation within the area of responsibility. * Ensure personal safety and the safety of personnel working in the immediate environment. * In case of detecting any incident affecting the operation of facilities and/or equipment, notify the manufacturing technician and the appropriate plant or process maintenance personnel. * In case of detecting a deviation or anomaly during the manufacturing process, report it to the manufacturing technician. * Participate in communications, training sessions, and continuous improvement teams. * Participate in the training of new team members. **CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure that their work team complies with regulations (external or internal) regarding labor legislation, quality protocols, environmental protection, and workplace safety. * Promote team development and actively participate in talent management initiatives promoted by the company. * Ensure compliance with HSE-established protocols applicable to their work team, as well as specific regulations for outsourced personnel. Use of PPE, knowledge of occupational risk prevention documentation, legal authorizations for safe work, and any other applicable requirements. * Guarantee that their work team is aware of, trained in, and complies with the quality regulations applicable to their job functions. **REQUIRED EDUCATION** * Completed compulsory education. * Intermediate-level vocational training in pharmaceutical product manufacturing recommended. * Knowledge and experience related to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes recommended. null
