Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop We are seeking a baker for an artisanal bakery located in Palafrugell. Production of artisanal bread and bakery products (baguettes, specialty breads, sourdough starters, etc.). Preparation and monitoring of fermentations. Baking and oven control. Basic brioche production. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop. Raw material and stock control. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience. Prior experience as a baker for at least 3 years. Knowledge of bread-making techniques. Training in baking or pastry is an advantage. * Competencies / knowledge: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1600' to '1800' * Additional information: Intensive full-time schedule, night shift from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Initial training period lasting 7 to 14 hours.
