





We are looking for a person for a purchasing assistant position. The main role is to maintain a good relationship with current suppliers, ensuring they are satisfied and actively collaborate. In addition, you will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise and actively seeking new supply opportunities in both the Spanish and European markets. Part of your responsibilities will include keeping our database of potential suppliers up to date and continuously monitoring existing ones. You will also participate in trade fairs and industry conferences to identify new collaborations. The position also involves managing the schedule, administrative follow-up of purchases, vehicle configuration, and providing general support to management. You will keep all supplier and purchasing information updated in CRM Hubspot. The working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, with legal breaks. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive sector, as well as in supplier management and prospecting for new business. * We are looking for a solution-oriented, responsible, proactive individual with a business mindset who seeks stability and believes in the project. * Living near the workplace is an advantage. * Fluent spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. - Fluent spoken and written German. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO). - Vocational training (GM/GS). - High school diploma. - A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or similar is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office suite.
