Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of facilities. * Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment. * Manage the maintenance team ensuring maximum efficiency, assigning tasks and guaranteeing their proper execution. * Monitor material inventory and place necessary orders. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality regulations. * Collaborate with external service companies when required. * Support management in defining and implementing technical or operational improvements. Requirements: * Required vocational training at higher level in Electricity, Electromechanical Maintenance or similar studies. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or tourism sector. * Solid knowledge in air conditioning, plumbing, electricity and facility controls. * Leadership, planning and incident resolution skills. * Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Spanish. Knowledge of Catalan will be valued positively. * Residence near the area or willingness to relocate.
