We are seeking an assembly and disassembly operator for a company located in La Garrotxa. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Carry out the assembly and disassembly of industrial machinery according to maintenance plans. * Supervise and verify that technical cleaning tasks performed by external personnel comply with the food safety and maintenance protocols established by the company. * Record all interventions carried out in the maintenance systems. Full-time 40-hour weekly schedule from Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between 22:00 and 06:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Previous experience in industrial or technical maintenance environments. * We are looking for a team-oriented individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. Intermediate or higher vocational training in mechanical maintenance or industrial maintenance.
