* **Position Description:** The candidate will be part of the Administration and Finance team at Camiral, The Quinta do Lago Girona Resort. * **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Accounting data entry: invoices, expense reports, credit cards, bank reconciliations, monthly closings, accounting reports, etc. * Preparation of financial outputs: balance sheets and income statements. * **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in the administration department of a large company (turnover above €6,000,000). * Experience in invoice accounting, bank reconciliations, processing bank transactions, handling taxes (VAT, withholdings, etc.). * Languages: Spanish and intermediate to advanced level of English. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required to access the Resort. * Responsible, detail-oriented, discerning, flexible, and autonomous individual. * Experience working with an ERP system, preferably Navision. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, etc.). * **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to use the services of Camiral, The Quinta do Lago Girona Resort, including discounts at hotels, wellness centers, shops, and restaurants. * Permanent contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 (40 hours/week) * Salary: negotiable
