We are a hotel group located on the Costa Brava and are currently looking for a Deputy Front Office Manager at one of our hotels, Hotel Cap Roig, situated in Calonge\-Platja d'Aro. Main responsibilities include: * Supporting the Front Office Manager. * Adhering to the appearance standards set by Brava Hoteles. * Ensuring a clean, hygienic, and pleasant work environment. * Ensuring team procedures comply with company requirements. * Collaborating with the Front Office Manager to define reception objectives aimed at enhancing guest service. * Monitoring cash reconciliation and billing. * Verifying that all guest preferences are accurately recorded in reservations. * Promoting and supporting active consumption practices among the front office team. * Assisting guests during check\-in and check\-out. * Providing personalized, individualized assistance to guests to address inquiries, requests, and/or incidents. * Ensuring guest experiences exceed expectations. * Reporting any incidents arising during shifts to the Front Office Manager. Requirements and Languages: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in front office or sales. * University degree in Tourism or equivalent higher vocational training (CFGS). * Proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French. * Additional languages are valued. * Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and sales is advantageous. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * Proximity to the workplace is preferred. Full-time position: 40 hours per week, with legally mandated rest periods.
