A well-established and reputable Girona advisory firm, backed by Commonsense, is recruiting **a Labor and Payroll Technician**. Reporting to the Head of the Labor Department, you will be **responsible for advising and supporting clients** across the full scope of labor matters, as well as handling all related administrative management and procedural tasks arising from personnel hiring.
The professional will be a key member of the team, maintaining smooth communication with other colleagues in the department and serving as the direct point of contact for clients and official bodies.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Full payroll and employment lifecycle management (hiring, termination, contracts, settlements, etc.).
* Communications with SEPE, INSS, and Social Security (including sick leave/accident leave, retirement, maternity leave, etc.).
* Processing direct payments, garnishments, and electronic notifications.
* Preparation of payrolls and reconciliation of social security contributions.
* Document management and archiving (e.g., forms 111/190, employment records, contribution bases, etc.).

**What are we looking for?**
* University degree in Labor Relations (Bachelor’s or Diploma) or demonstrable experience in the labor field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation, interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, employment contract types, and procedures with public agencies.
* Proficiency in office software and experience with payroll management systems—especially SUMMAR and ESCIO.
* Proactive profile with empathy, strong listening skills, and commercial sensitivity.
