Lamigraf, S.A., an important multinational company dedicated to decorative paper printing, located in L'Ametlla del Vallès (Barcelona), is seeking to hire a Machine Assistant for the Production Department. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist the machine operator in controlling product and printing process quality. * Collaborate in reducing unproductive downtime during machine setup, adjustments, and interruptions. * Perform support tasks in the printing process, ensuring the machine operator has the necessary materials. * Provide assistance in pressing, rewinding, and occasionally operating a forklift. * Handle machine materials with maximum care and responsibility. **Requirements:** * Secondary education (ESO) or medium or higher vocational training will be considered. * No previous experience required, although experience in warehouses or industrial environments is valued. * English level A2 (desirable). * Forklift license (desirable). * Proactive, dynamic, versatile person with teamwork ability and motivation to learn and grow within the company. * Driver's license and personal vehicle are essential. **What we offer:** * Full-time position from Monday to Friday on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. * Shift hours: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, and 22:00–6:00\. * Initial temporary contract through a staffing agency with potential for direct hiring by the company. * Internal initial training to become familiar with products, processes, and work methods. * Immediate incorporation.
