Our team consists of **over 7,000 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** To organize and manage the personnel and technical resources assigned to your section to ensure adherence to the established production schedule and continuity of operations, achieving expected timelines and quality standards while maintaining optimal productivity levels and minimizing incidents. **Your Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the activities of the section's personnel. * Organize workloads according to instructions from shift supervisors and the planning department. * Coordinate with team leaders to carry out production, providing solutions and necessary resources. * Monitor and track materials pending placement or missing items. * Respond to and resolve pallet level drop incidents. * Manage the organization of unloading and loading operations, special handling tasks, and collection of broken pallets. * Coordinate with the returns and quality departments regarding damaged or non-conforming materials. * Conduct 5-minute quality meetings and follow up accordingly with relevant departments. * Instruct personnel in your section on assigned tasks. * Closely monitor their performance and contribute to the training and development of the entire team under your supervision. * Work in accordance with good manufacturing practices and existing work procedures. * Comply with and enforce internal company rules among your team and all individuals operating within your area of responsibility. * Coordinate activities with the corresponding shift supervisor. * Ensure machines and tools in your section are in good working condition. * Supervise that facilities are always maintained in a clean and orderly state. * Report any incidents occurring during the shift, both production-related and personnel-related, to your supervisor. * Communicate all relevant work-related and company-wide information to your team. * Promote the company’s mission and support the implementation of corporate values across all employees. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Risk Prevention procedures and instructions. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, along with the following qualifications:** Demonstrable experience performing similar functions in logistics and/or production environments Experience required as a team leader managing 15 to 30 people in warehouse or factory settings. Availability to work day shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, as well as rotating shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM. Desirable: knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes. Familiarity with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations applicable to the industry. Ability to motivate and lead work teams. Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely at all organizational levels. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively. Organization and planning: skill in efficiently planning and organizing work, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines. Specific educational qualification not required. Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle considered a plus.
