High-End Single-Family Homes (Girona and Barcelona) A construction company specializing in high-end single-family homes, headquartered in Banyoles with ongoing projects in Girona and Barcelona, is seeking a Site Manager (Site Supervisor) with technical qualifications (Building Surveyor / Technical Architect) for immediate hiring. \- Comprehensive planning, organization, and control of construction works. \- Cost control, quantity surveying, certifications, and production monitoring. \- Coordination of industrial subcontractors and suppliers. \- Supervision of execution phases (foundations, structure, masonry, and finishes). \- Schedule tracking and quality control. \- Setting-out activities and on-site technical support. \- Procurement, ordering, and material management. \- Compliance with and supervision of occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). \- Liaison with design management and clients. * Minimum 5 years’ experience. \- Degree in Technical Architecture / Building Surveyor / Building Engineering. \- Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as Site Manager in building construction. \- Experience managing full construction cycles. \- Technical knowledge of construction processes. \- Planning, organizational, and incident-resolution capabilities. \- Occupational health and safety training (PRL) specific to the construction sector. \- Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel. * DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Experience in high-end single-family housing. \- Technically oriented profile with holistic site oversight (costs \+ execution). \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, or construction management software. \- Problem-solving, organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused profile. \- Professional career stability. * Personal vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2800' to '3200' * Additional information of interest: We offer immediate hiring.
