We are looking for a candidate with a Higher Vocational Training qualification or University degree in Psychology, Labour Relations and/or HR. With at least one year’s experience carrying out tasks such as contract management, social security administration, payroll processing, invoicing, sick leave (medical certificates), among other duties typical of the department. Moreover, your main responsibility will be to anticipate our clients’ needs. Your mission will be to match candidates with companies. This includes publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting telephone, digital and face-to-face interviews, preparing reports and follow-up. In addition to specialising as an HR Technician, it is important that you enjoy daily interaction with clients, advising them and fostering loyalty. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** You must be passionate about human resources and have at least one year’s experience in a similar position. Higher Vocational Training or University degree, preferably in Labour Relations, Psychology or Law. A person highly oriented towards customers and service. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Immediate availability to join.
