We are currently looking for a **Total Rewards Analyst** to join us at our facility in **Asturias, Spain,** working on a **hybrid setting**: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office. * **Key responsibilities:** The **Total Rewards Analyst** will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a regional team of a global multi\-billion dollar company. The Analyst will support the administration of country specific Compensation and Benefits (C\&B) programs. The Analyst serves as a technical resource for all topics related to the completion of established C\&B processes under the coordination of Senior Total Rewards Analysts and the supervision by the EMEA Total Rewards Team. It actively partners with the EMEA Regional and Global Total Rewards teams as well colleagues from the HR organization, including but not limited to Payroll and HR Partners. This position´s responsibilities include two parts: a) **Benefits** * Provides data analysis on current usage of Benefits programs and their market competitiveness, e.g. for annual renewals or for potentially new programs. * Acts as a collaboration partner to HR Operations and Payroll to ensure an understanding of the benefits and oversight that operational requirements and standards are met from an end\-to end process perspective. This includes tracking of monthly benefit operations, providing oversight on status to the EMEA Total Rewards Team. * Administrates transactional tasks of Benefits programs including vendor portal and Workday updates when required. * Supports regular audits on process execution and correctness of invoice payment. * Participates in Benefits process implementation and supports ongoing administration with external vendors and Axalta Human Resources. * Evaluates continuous improvement possibilities increasing the effectiveness of Benefits processes. * Executes additional tasks as required. b) **Compensation** * Supports the EMEA Total Rewards Leader and the Global Compensation team during the annual Compensation Planning process by one time and in full data requests and calculations. * Provides support to local HR teams and HR Operations on a variety of compensation related issues and process, including guidance on Workday Compensation setup and processes. * Facilitate the correct maintenance of HR related databases and systems through partnership with HRIS and HR Operations. * Partners with EMEA and Global Total Rewards throughout the annual salary survey and assists in the completion of multi\-country salary surveys through pulling specific compensation and benefits data form different HCM and HRIS systems. * Performs ad hoc compensation analysis as per specific requirements when requested. * Executes additional tasks as required. **Key requirements:** * Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or related discipline. * Approximately 3 years of experience in Total Rewards or a similar analytical role, ideally within a multinational, matrixed environment. * Experience in C\&B program administration including exposure to vendor and HCM systems (Workday highly preferred) is required. * Fluent in English in verbal and written form is required, German or other European languages are a plus. * Knowledge of compensation, pension and general HR regulations and laws is desired. * High proficiency in Excel (V\-lookups, data manipulation, and Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Suite. Strong analytical mindset with solid decision\-making skills, and ability to interpret and synthesize data to drive solutions. * Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in fast\-paced environments, demonstrating resilience and capacity to meet deadlines while managing change. * Excellent cross\-functional communication and collaboration abilities, consistently exhibiting integrity, professionalism, and discretion with sensitive information.
