Currently we are looking for a **HR Trainee, to support Caribbean \& Indian Ocean region,** in our office in **Madrid, Spain.** **Responsibilities** * Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees located in French Overseas Territories (La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St\-Martin and St. Barthélemy) * Coordinate with HQ on HR projects and initiatives * Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions * Preparation of job descriptions and recruitment support * Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies **Requirements:** * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. * Signing an agreement with a university/school (**mandatory**). * Fluent in both English and French (**mandatory**). * Ideally a first experience in HR, strong organizational and multi tasking abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). **Benefits:** * 1000€ salary * 11€ meal vouchers per day. * International environment. *SAUR is a company committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
