**Description:** ---------------- **We are seeking a Logistics Platform Manager to coordinate and supervise operations at our logistics platform. In this key operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain efficiency across all our stores, leading a team of over 250 people in a multi-temperature environment (dry, refrigerated, and frozen).** **Key Responsibilities** Operational Management and Service Level: Coordinate and supervise inbound and outbound flows, storage, and order preparation (picking/packing), ensuring strict adherence to service KPIs in multi-temperature conditions (dry, refrigerated, and frozen). Process Optimization (Lean Logistics): Continuously analyze material flow and implement improvements to optimize operational costs and reduce cycle times. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop platform staff. Manage shifts, workforce sizing, and maintain an excellent working climate. Digitalization and Technology: Maximize the performance of the WMS (Warehouse Management System) by proposing automation initiatives and technological enhancements. Stock and Inventory Control: Ensure inventory accuracy and minimize stock losses or discrepancies. Health and Safety (Occupational Risk Prevention): Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations across all warehouse areas. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** Education and Experience: University degree: Bachelor’s or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration and Management (BAM), or related field. Experience: 5–10 years managing operations and large teams in the food retail / fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Sector: Experience in fresh product management, cold chain, and food traceability is highly desirable. **Competencies** Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Familiarity with ERPs. * Advanced Excel skills. * Data analysis and handling capabilities. * Familiarity with automated production/warehouse systems. * Familiarity with logistics KPIs. * Cost optimization. * Continuous process improvement. * Power BI. **Personal Skills:** * Leadership and people management. * Problem-solving. * Organization and planning.
