Modeling systems, installations, electricity demand, and generation for simulation and detailed study to identify and prioritize grid criticalities / development opportunities. Using simulation software to identify and prioritize grid criticalities / opportunities and to calculate grid capacity. Conducting and preparing grid connection technical condition studies and reports for new supplies and new generation facilities. Automating grid planning processes (grid modeling, criticality detection, capacity calculations, loss calculations, etc.) through programming, AI utilization, etc. Managing technical relationships with other distribution / transmission system operators for grid interconnection development. Managing technical relationships and responding to information requests from public administrations. Using simulation software to study and validate proposals for electrical grid development. Participating in Working Groups with National and International DSOs to define common standards for the internal electricity market (planning, quality, losses, macro-scenarios, etc.). **What Is Required?** The **essential requirements** for this role are: **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. **Digital Competencies:** MS Office basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Preferred Qualifications:** **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in electrical network simulation software (PSSE v35 and/or CYMDIST); programming languages (Python, Visual Basic, Oracle, etc.); knowledge of Python libraries specific to electrical network calculations (psspy, pandapower, etc.); modeling of electrical systems and installations; advanced MS Office (Access, Project). **Competencies:** Change management, complex problem solving, customer orientation, and results orientation. **Professional Experience:** Experience involving electrical system simulation, or knowledge of the electricity sector and distribution activities. **Languages:** Advanced English (C1\), Intermediate Italian (B1\) **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Selection Process** For us, diversity and inclusion are essential elements of our daily operations; therefore, in our selection processes, we always consider all individuals who express interest and meet the required profile.
