We’ll support you every step of the way! ### **Your challenges as a Junior Project Technician will include:** **Technical project management for R\+D\+i** * You will coordinate technical files from initial review through to approval, ensuring feasibility and adherence to established timelines. * You will lead oversight of researcher incentive bonuses, guaranteeing regulatory compliance with a strategic focus. **Development of strategic certification proposals** * You will serve as the liaison between technical evaluators and clients, managing key reports in an organized manner. * You will monitor project progress, ensuring each phase is executed precisely and efficiently. **Active participation in audits and controls** * You will validate processes to ensure researchers dedicate their time exclusively to R\+D\+i activities. * You will identify areas for improvement during audits to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. **Management of technical and regulatory documentation** You will review existing procedures and propose optimizations to maximize efficiency.
