**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission**
Provide administrative and operational support to the Service Department by creating and managing service orders, coordinating activities among technicians, customers, and branches, and monitoring service processes. Ensure smooth daily workflow, contributing to operational efficiency and the quality of service delivered by the technical network.
**Key responsibilities**
* Creation, management, and tracking of service orders in corporate systems.
* Planning and dispatching of technical interventions according to operational priorities.
* Assignment and coordination of tasks with service technicians.
* Administrative support to field technicians for correct execution of work orders.
* Monitoring of service order status and resolution of administrative incidents.
* Coordination with customers, branches, and internal departments to ensure proper service delivery.
* Support in managing materials, spare parts, and operational requirements linked to service orders.
* Ensuring accuracy and quality of information recorded in corporate systems.
**Education, knowledge and experience**
* Higher Vocational Training qualification or equivalent experience in administration, logistics, or service management.
* Experience in administrative tasks and operational coordination.
* Familiarity with ERP tools and service management systems, preferably SAP.
* Advanced user level in Microsoft Office.
* Prior experience in after-sales, maintenance, or technical services is desirable.
* Basic English proficiency for consulting documentation and occasional support.
