Job Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to manufacture packaging components, ensuring quality and efficiency in coordination with the team. Key Points: 1. Configuration and operation of CNC machines for packaging production. 2. Collaboration with technical and production teams. 3. Basic maintenance and quality control in the process. The CNC Operator at Imcovel \- Timbrados Valencia S.L. is responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining numerical control machines for manufacturing components and parts used in packaging production. The goal is to ensure quality, precision, and efficiency in the production process, working in coordination with technical and production teams. Key Responsibilities: \- Prepare and configure CNC machines according to drawings and technical specifications \- Load and unload materials on CNC machines \- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality \- Perform quality checks using measuring instruments \- Carry out basic preventive maintenance and keep machines clean \- Report any equipment failures or anomalies to the production supervisor \- Comply with company safety regulations and internal procedures \- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines Requirements: \- Prior experience operating CNC machines, preferably in the packaging industry or related sector \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications \- Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus \- Attention to detail and commitment to quality \- Good communication and teamwork skills \- Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts if required Salary: €14.34\-€17.78 per hour Expected Hours: minimum 30\.0 per week Benefits: * Meals provided at the company * Company events * Flexible working hours * Life insurance * Uniform provided Work Location: On-site employment
