We are an architecture studio based in Alcalá de Henares, with a core team consisting of an architect and a technical architect, supported by consolidated professional collaboration. We develop building and rehabilitation projects, covering all phases from design to construction management, working in a coordinated and close-knit manner. **We are currently seeking to incorporate a person who wishes to join a small-sized studio, with direct involvement in real projects and opportunities for professional growth—preferably a junior profile with architectural training to support the technical office, primarily focused on drafting and developing graphic and written documentation for rehabilitation projects.** This position is aimed at someone just beginning their professional career, with a solid technical foundation, strong work capacity, and genuine eagerness to learn. A fully autonomous profile is not required from day one: guidance, reviews, and continuous training will be provided. **Responsibilities** * Drafting plans based on instructions * Developing technical documentation * Supporting projects at various stages * Primarily working in AutoCAD (Rhino is a plus) **Profile** * Architecture / Technical Architecture / final-year students or preferably recently graduated * Basic knowledge of technical regulations (or willingness to learn them) * Ability to draw swiftly and accurately * Organization, consistency, and a learning-oriented attitude **Work modality** * On-site work at a professional coworking space (desk provided by the studio) * Direct coordination and frequent reviews * Possibility of partial remote work in the medium term, progressively and according to performance **Conditions** * Working hours and contract type to be defined according to candidate profile * Compensation aligned with collective bargaining agreement and junior level * Real learning on ongoing projects and direct interaction with the lead architect We seek an honest collaboration: the salary is modest and appropriate for a junior profile, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement; technical training, real professional experience, and continuous guidance are offered.
