Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking to incorporate an experienced Maintenance Supervisor into our team to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and continuity of our production lines and facilities. Job Mission: Ensure the proper operation of industrial machinery, general facilities, and auxiliary services by leading the technical team and complying with the chemical industry's strict safety and quality regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules. * Coordinate and supervise internal and external maintenance technicians. * Minimize production line downtime due to failures. * Manage spare parts inventory and optimize departmental budgeting. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations. * Supervise the proper operation of auxiliary services (water, steam, compressed air). * Collaborate in commissioning new machinery and continuous improvement projects. Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Electricity. * Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industries. * Technical Knowledge: * Industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation (PLCs). * Management of safety regulations in chemical environments (ATEX, reactors, etc.). * Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Competencies: Leadership, problem-solving under pressure, organizational skills, and strong commitment to occupational safety.
