We convey our clients’ security challenges to our operational teams to deliver tailored responses aligned with each client’s specific needs. We adapt Telefónica Tech’s services to meet client requirements by designing customized dashboards and reports that enable CISOs and security managers to monitor day-to-day cybersecurity activities. We advise our clients’ security departments on our services, hands-on experience, and holistic cybersecurity perspective. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your mission will be to manage all SOC operations for the client. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding contracted cybersecurity services. * Contract management—or management of multiple contracts—for cybersecurity services, including budgetary oversight and milestone tracking. * Management and coordination of workgroups fully or partially dedicated to assigned clients. * Cybersecurity advisory and consulting services for clients. * Liaison with commercial areas, business development teams, suppliers, and vendors involved in assigned client engagements. * Technical escalation and incident coordination for security incidents or issues affecting clients. **And for this, we believe it would be ideal if you had…** **Experience** * 5+ years in security and IT management **Education** Required: * Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering; professional certifications in cybersecurity are highly valued.
