WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Proactively promote the energy services of a leading company. * Interact with customers to collect contact information (full name, phone number, email address, and ID number). * Provide personalized service, focusing on service quality and customer experience. WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Immediate hiring for a stable project (not a short-term campaign). * Initial weekly working hours: 30 hours. * Fixed monthly gross salary of €1,036 + uncapped commissions (minimum guaranteed commission of €200 upon achieving targets). * Intensive and rotating weekly schedules from Monday to Saturday, with the possibility of enjoying two weekends off per month depending on performance. * Possibility of increasing weekly working hours to 36 starting from the second month. * Initial and ongoing training fully covered by the company. * Excellent working environment and continuous support from the team. * Exclusive discounts on products and services as a member of the Konecta Group.
