Therefore, we are looking for an Affiliate Program Specialist to join our Influencer Marketing team — someone eager to contribute their talent and energy. **What are we looking for?** A goal-oriented individual with strong communication skills who is eager to add value to the Influencer Marketing department. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Develop strategies to grow within the sports niche * Collaborate closely with affiliates and monitor existing accounts to optimize and increase revenue; communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities. * Develop commercial and sales strategies to enhance the affiliate program. Manage negotiations with affiliates and/or representation agencies, and finalize agreements. * Strengthen existing relationships by introducing new services and products. * Ambassador retention and personalized support. * Acquire new customers through research, referrals, networking, data sources, and email outreach. * Coordinate with multiple teams to accurately and promptly address affiliate needs. * Attend ambassador events. * Manage brand content and prepare briefings for ambassadors, considering their preference for audiovisual content. * Coordinate with other company departments to execute social media content. * Source photographic and video content via influencer marketing. * Monitor and track content KPIs. * If you practice and have knowledge of any sport, it’s a plus :) ➡️ **Requirements:** * Minimum 1\-2 years’ experience developing brand affiliate programs and managing e\-commerce audiovisual content. * English proficiency at B2/C1 level. * Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. * Advanced intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite. * We seek a person with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, commercial and negotiation abilities, productivity, teamwork capability, organization, problem-solving aptitude, and goal orientation. **What do we offer?** Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours every day of the year, with entry time between 08:00 and 10:00. Continuous workday every Friday throughout the year, and also during July and August. ️ 22 working days of vacation. A birthday day off (if it falls on a weekend or holiday, you may move it to the nearest preceding or following working day). In\-company English classes.
