Job Description The Food \& Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of the hotel’s primary Food & Beverage outlets, including breakfast service, restaurant, bars, room service, and rooftop venue. In addition, they support banquet coordination according to operational requirements. Their primary mission is to guarantee an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of quality and service, while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability.
