REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar fields. * Proven experience in IT project management. * High level of spoken and written English (minimum B2, C1 is a plus). * Ability to communicate effectively with end clients and technical teams. * Current certification in project management methodologies (PMP, Scrum, ...). Desirable: * Specific training or experience in artificial intelligence and/or machine learning. * Knowledge of the industrial sector, especially solutions focused on process optimization and automation, and digital transformation. * Experience in R\+D projects, particularly within European programs, CDTI, or regional calls. * Holding a PhD degree or being in the process of obtaining one, especially in technological fields.
