DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Labor Relations Technician for a business group located in the city of Málaga. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out tasks related to employees’ labor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance within the agricultural regime (employment contracts, payroll processing, employee registrations/terminations, social security management, communications to employees, personnel cost management, handling communications via Casia, Siltra and Contrat@, managing company certificates, and other labor-related tasks). Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–15:15 REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements: Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance, or Bachelor’s/Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. Over 5 years’ experience in labor relations within companies operating under the agricultural regime, with a large workforce (over 150 employees). Experience in labor consultancy firms or temporary work agencies (ETTs) performing labor-related functions. In-depth knowledge of Sistema Red, Contrat@, Siltra and Delt@, as well as proficiency in payroll software. Advanced level of Microsoft Office suite.
