What will be your role?** You will participate in real projects from day one, collaborating on the development of proposals and the technical follow-up of residential construction projects. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working in dynamic environments, where you can learn from experienced professionals while actively engaging in tasks such as checking layout plans, reviewing materials according to technical specifications, writing minutes, certifications, and reports, as well as construction documentation management. Your daily responsibilities will include on-site site visits, supporting Executive Management in execution control, construction solutions, space dimensions, and schedule compliance, always based on the project and instructions from the Technical Supervision. This is an opportunity to grow professionally in an environment that values initiative, continuous learning, and collaborative work. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Junior Technical Architect** holding a degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, or similar, with knowledge of BIM methodology, a minimum English level of B1, and at least one year of experience in similar roles.
