We are seeking a Dining Room Coordinator for a leading company in the hospitality sector in Asturias. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Coordinate and motivate the dining room team, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. Efficiently manage inventory and available resources. Design and implement processes that improve operations and contribute to the business's economic profitability. Drive sales through commercial strategies and excellent customer service. Other responsibilities inherent to the position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with breaks established by law. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. * Proven experience managing teams within the hospitality or restaurant sector. \* We are looking for an organized, proactive, problem-solving individual with strategic vision and goal-oriented mindset. Residence near the workplace is desirable. Fluent spoken and written Spanish. Training in hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields is a plus.
