




At XTA we are growing and looking to hire a Commercial professional with solid experience in indirect channels and door-to-door sales to strengthen our sales team. We are seeking a proactive individual with strategic vision to drive the opening and monitoring of indirect sales channels in assigned areas. The person will also carry out occasional direct sales actions (door to door), depending on the needs of the commercial plan. Main responsibilities: · Identify, contact and acquire new collaborators (partners, referrers, distributors). · Manage relationships with active collaborators: supervision of visual guidelines, training, support and performance tracking. · Propose joint commercial actions with each partner. · Monitor generated sales and set shared objectives. · Occasional door-to-door visits to reinforce areas with low lead volume or for specific campaigns. · Support at events, trade fairs and promotional activities. · Report actions in the CRM and share market insights with the sales management. Profile we are looking for: · Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales roles, preferably in services (telecommunications, energy, insurance...). · Knowledge of how indirect sales channels work. · Ability to build trust-based relationships and manage partner follow-up. · Autonomous profile, results-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills. · Valued: experience in door-to-door sales and point-of-sale management. · Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. · Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the territory (Penedès, Garraf...).
