Main responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the housekeeping department, ensuring compliance with Royal Rooms’ established standards for cleanliness, order, and presentation. * Lead, coordinate, and motivate the room attendant team and other staff under supervision. * Monitor the quality of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring an impeccable guest experience. * Manage shifts, incidents, inventories, and control of linens and amenities. * Maintain constant coordination with the front desk and other departments. * Ensure adherence to internal protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
