**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Bachelor's Degree in Social Education and/or official certification. * Proficiency in educational intervention strategies with young people and their emancipation process. * Certificate of no sexual offense convictions. * High motivation for educational work with young people. * Strong capacity for learning. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ * Personal and professional competencies such as honesty, vocation for social intervention, loyalty, motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a team will be valued. * Flexible working hours. * Experience in intervention with young people formerly under the care of the Child Protection System is desirable. * Experience in educational settings is desirable. * Perseverance and tenacity. Integrity and honesty. Enthusiastic, committed, and other-oriented. **Job Position:** ---------------------- Residential resource educator for young people formerly under the care of the Child Protection System. Among other duties, responsibilities include supporting the emancipation of young people formerly under the care of the Child Protection System and accompanying them through the process of achieving autonomy. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement contract **Working Hours:** ------------ * Part-time **Work Schedule:** -------------------- 30 hours per week, flexible schedule. **Minimum Educational Qualifications:** --------------------- * Social Education **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to collective agreement.
