Your primary activity will focus on **residential building construction and private works**, including housing units, commercial premises, and refurbishments. **Main Responsibilities** As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: * Leading and coordinating **all construction phases**, from inception to handover. * Supervising **foremen, workers, and subcontractors**, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Managing **budgets, materials, and resources**, optimizing costs without compromising quality. * Ensuring compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations (OHS)**. * Preparing progress reports and maintaining smooth communication with clients and Technical Management. * Resolving technical and organizational issues arising during execution.
