Join our mission to help businesses drive success! **The Role:** We are seeking to bring on board a Customer Operations Intern: **What Will Be Your Mission?** * Understand SMEs’ needs and market challenges, and support the development of products aligned with those needs. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure correct implementation and execution of our projects for each client—covering design, communication tone, marketing decisions, etc. * Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring service quality throughout each project’s journey, providing periodic updates across all touchpoints directly with the customer support team. * Drive service-level compliance across all channels and achieve optimal productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers. * Periodic KPI analysis, conclusions, and improvement proposals. * Monitor market trends to update and enhance our products and identify new opportunities. * Collaborate with other teams to contribute to internal and operational success—especially with production and customer support. **What Will Make You Succeed:** * Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Looker, Google Merchant. * Knowledge of Google Ads and Social Ads. * Web analytics—measurement tracking setup, KPI establishment, goal definition.
