What responsibilities will you have? Functional analysis and design * Analyze processes in the food and retail sectors (meat industry, supermarkets). * Identify opportunities for technological improvement for end users. * Design software solutions aligned with the company's functional requirements. * Coordinate with the Product Manager and communicate progress in a structured way. Technical development and maintenance * Develop solutions using .NET (C\# and/or VB) and PostgreSQL. * Ensure code is efficient, reusable, and easy to maintain. * Perform unit testing to guarantee software reliability. * Fix bugs, implement evolutionary improvements, and review existing code. * Work with up-to-date tools and technologies to optimize time and processes. Documentation and support * Document code and development processes, ensuring traceability and maintainability. * Record all development stages through the ticketing system. * Train the support team to enable autonomous resolution of incidents. * Provide technical assistance to internal and external users.
