Candidates will be responsible for supporting the development, diagnosis, and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies and other emerging technologies within the Basque ecosystem. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct technological maturity assessments in industrial, technology, and public sector organizations. * Design and draft strategic roadmaps in AI, aligned with organizational needs and international regulatory frameworks. * Support the implementation and adoption of AI technologies in industrial or technological environments. * Develop technical and operational content such as guidelines, methodologies, practical tools, and framework documents. * Perform strategic monitoring of trends in AI, emerging technologies, and European/international regulation. * Analyze the Basque AI ecosystem, including key players, capabilities, nodes, and sector-specific use cases. * Use data analysis, visualization tools, and AI solutions for daily work management. * Coordinate with internal teams and institutional stakeholders. Technical knowledge * In-depth knowledge of the Basque AI ecosystem: key players, technology centers, institutions, BDIH, nodes, laboratories, etc. * Familiarity with emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced cybersecurity, robotics, advanced analytics, edge computing. * Up-to-date knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, especially EU * Proficiency in digital tools for analysis and visualization Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, cybersecurity, robotics, quantum computing,
