At **Logicalis Spain**, we are looking for a **Security Operator**, responsible for managing any alert that may impact the customer’s security domain. **Responsibilities:** * Review alerts received from various monitoring sources or security tools. * Liaise with vendors. * Implement containment or mitigation actions. * Tools: * ServiceNow. * Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). * Web Application Firewall (WAF). * Perimeter security tools such as Firewalls and SASE. * Email protection tools. * Data Loss Prevention (DLP). * Virtual patching tools. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in incident management and resolution within a SOC or similar environment. * Vocational training, university degree, or specialized courses in cybersecurity / systems / networks. * Previous experience with security consoles (SIEM, EDR/XDR, email security, IPS, etc.). * Clear and structured communication skills to document incidents and collaborate with other teams.
