**Job Description** **Job Description** We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with solid experience in web application development and strong expertise in both Back-End and Front-End technologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a development team, participating in solution design, ensuring delivery quality, and actively collaborating in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. We seek a profile capable of combining architectural vision, technical excellence, and leadership, contributing to the continuous evolution of applications and project processes. We especially value candidates who have already integrated AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar) into their daily workflow and who can apply them critically to accelerate delivery without compromising code quality or security. You will join a modern technology environment based on microservice architectures and containerization, participating in the evolution and maintenance of scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the assigned development team, tracking tasks and ensuring achievement of defined objectives. * Participate in planning, prioritization, and estimation of development efforts. * Define and validate the most appropriate technical solutions for each business need. * Coordinate and report development progress to project leads. * Design, develop, and maintain web applications with special focus on user experience and presentation layer. * Ensure application of development best practices, quality standards, and code reviews. * Promote implementation of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and automated testing. * **Promote adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or equivalents) across the team, defining usage best practices, prompting techniques, and review procedures for generated code.** * Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, technological modernization, and optimization of development processes, including integration of generative AI into the software lifecycle. * Participate in the design and evolution of microservice-based architectures. * Collaborate in defining cloud solutions on AWS. * Ensure observability, maintainability, and scalability of developed services. * Participation in cloud-native projects on AWS. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application tracing principles. * Experience collaborating with architecture, DevOps, or infrastructure teams in cloud environments. * Knowledge of integration patterns and inter-microservice communication. **Profile** *Must-have* * More than 5 years of software development experience. * Solid experience in Java and object-oriented programming. * Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem: Java 8 or later, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security. * Experience with presentation technologies: JavaScript, JSF, JSP, React. * Experience designing and developing APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP). * Experience in containerized environments: Docker, Kubernetes. * Proficiency with development tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins. * **Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or others), integrated into daily workflows (code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation).** * Experience working with messaging systems and queues. * Experience with JUnit, Liquibase, TDD (Test-Driven Development). * Experience developing applications based on microservice architectures. * Experience developing REST APIs with Spring Boot. * Knowledge of the lifecycle of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience leading or coordinating technical development teams. * Ability to mentor and develop junior and semi-senior technical talent, **including training on effective and responsible use of AI-based coding assistants.** * Ability to delegate tasks and adapt mentoring level according to team members' experience. * Skill in managing technical disagreements and facilitating team decision-making. * Orientation toward building a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and quality. *Nice-to-have* * **Experience defining agentic workflows or development automations powered by AI models (coding agents, automatic PR reviews, test generation).** * **Knowledge of prompt engineering best practices applied to development environments.** * AWS or Kubernetes certifications. **About Inetum** *Inetum is a leading European company that supports organizations amid constant technological change.
