Control of products and installations A company located in Igualada is looking for 1 Building Maintenance Technician to work at its facilities in Els Prats de Rei. Employment type: INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00 Salary: €1436.26 gross per month (14 payments per year) BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: Provide support for assigned service tasks; assume responsibility for document management of procedures; monitor occupational risk prevention protocols; control products and ensure their proper application; oversee installations and tools under one’s responsibility; act as delegated supervisor if auxiliary staff are assigned; fulfill on-call duties and emergency responsibilities within one’s scope. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE (FP) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proven experience in skilled trades will be valued. * Driving license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary €1436
