Internal coordination and commercial support **We are currently seeking a candidate for the Back Office position in Amorebieta** **Position Mission** To provide comprehensive support in managing and tracking international customers, ensuring accurate order processing, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination with various internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Customer Management and Support** * Address and respond to the needs of international customers, ensuring smooth and effective communication. * Manage customer relationships via email and telephone according to market/country. * Participate in the administrative handling of customer complaints. **2\. End-to-End Order Management** * Manage the complete order cycle: * + Receipt and review of terms (price, quantities, delivery timelines, etc.) + Entry into the system + Confirmation to the customer * Coordinate orders with internal departments (Planning, Production, Dispatch). * Manage payment terms (letters of credit, remittances, etc.). * Prepare associated documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc. **3\. Internal Coordination and Commercial Support** * Serve as the liaison with other departments to ensure seamless information flow. * Provide support to the commercial team (sending technical documentation, catalogs, etc.). * Track new product development projects. **4\. Logistics and Administrative Follow-up** * Monitor goods shipment to destination and manage incidents or delays. * Handle logistics and customs documentation. * Perform Intrastat reporting. Proficiency in English is preferred.
