**Mission** We are looking for a BMC Control\-M tool administrator to manage and operate batch process automation, with at least 5 years of experience and solid knowledge of the BMC suite. **Profile** * **Job and workflow management:** + Create, modify and delete job and workflow definitions. + Define dependencies, predecessor and successor conditions between jobs. + Schedule and update job execution based on calendars, time windows and specific conditions. * **Environment monitoring and supervision:** + Monitor in real-time the execution of jobs and process chains, detecting failures and bottlenecks. + Review execution history, analyze logs and reports, and identify incidents or SLA breaches. + Use web consoles and mobile applications for remote access and control. * **Automation and incident resolution:** + Configure automatic actions in case of errors (retries, re-executions, notifications or support ticket creation). + Analyze root causes of failures and apply preventive or corrective solutions. * **Management and configuration** + Manage and update Control\-M components (servers, agents, databases, network services). + Implement and maintain security policies (defining users, roles and permissions). + Configure alerts, email service integrations and notification systems.
